If you are enquiring about your order, please include your order id which comes with your email order confirmation from us or alternatively include the item Number from Paypal which is included in your Paypal email receipt. Including your Order ID will vastly speed up processing your enquiry.
When you place an order you will normally receive two confirmations, one from us and one from Paypal. It’s quite common for the confirmation email to end up in peoples spam email folder. Please be sure to check. Below you will see where to find the order ID from us and also the Item ID from Paypal.
If you can’t find either email, please login to your Paypal account and you will see an item in your transaction history called ‘Number Plate Order’. You can find your Item ID here also.
